Our Process
- Call us! Make the call today.
- We'll schedule an appointment for us to come in and talk with you about your organization, the position you need filled, and the kind of person you'd be happiest working with.
- We'll find that one perfect employee for you, usually within two weeks.
- We'll give you the person's resume, a synopsis of what the references said about him or her, our own comments, and contact information.
- You'll interview the candidate at your convenience.
- Once you hire the candidate we recruited for you, we'll bill you for 10% of the annual salary offered. If you don't hire the person we found, you don't owe us anything. We'll find another candidate for you.
- If the employee we found for you is not still working for you six months later, for whatever reason, we will refund 100% of your payment or find you another person at no extra cost.
