Q: Do you provide temporary staff?

A: No, we recruit only permanent or contract-to-hire employees.


Q: Why can't I find someone just as good myself, if I place an ad and write up a good list of requirements?

A: The majority of employers pick the wrong candidate for the job the first time out. Then, usually, when that person doesn't work out, the employer overcorrects and picks someone who is wrong in a different way. These are very expensive mistakes. At Ebisu Staffing, we have many years of experience and exceptional intuition. We can wade through the biggest resume pile and weed out all the people who are wrong for the position or for your organization. We know the person we find for you will be the right choice.


Q: Why do you present clients with only one candidate per position?

A: We have the experience and skill to identify the one candidate, among all applicants, who will be the best fit--the person you'll be happiest working with, the one who will perform best in the position and will be comfortable working for you.


Q: Am I obligated to hire the candidate you chose?

A: No, you have no obligation to hire the person we choose for you. (But you'll be happier if you do!)


Q: Per your six-month guarantee, do you often have to refund clients' payments?

A: We have never had to refund a client's payment. No client has ever been dissatisfied with an employee we've selected. No employee we recruited has ever left the position within the guarantee period.


Q: I want to keep it quiet that I'm looking for a new employee. Can you recruit someone for me anonymously?

A: Yes, we are experienced at absolutely confidential recruiting. We can find someone for you without anyone in or out of your office knowing about it.
